Overview

Conversions, that can't be measured due to various regulations, are estimated as "modeled conversions" and used for ad delivery and performance reports. Increased conversion data through estimation is expected to improve ad delivery and optimization of ad effectiveness.

Modeled conversions

The model is built using measurable data to estimate conversions that can't be measured.
Applicable data is measured on platforms with reduced observability, such as iOS. Estimation is performed for conversions that can't be measured due to restrictions on the use of first-party cookies in some browsers, such as Safari, or that can't be measured even when using the complementary feature for conversion tracking.
Please note that the scope of the application may change depending on future regulations and other circumstances. We will continue to improve and expand the accuracy of modeled conversions.

Conversions via video view will also be released for autobidding and ad quality on the same day. Therefore, ad delivery trends, etc, may change along with the impact of modeled conversions and with the conversions via video view.
