Yahoo! Ads API official version release

Dear customer,

Thank you for using Yahoo! Ads.

We will release new API for Yahoo! Ads. Due to this release, Yahoo!
JAPAN Promotional Ads API will sunset and will be out of support.
Please see the following details.

1. Yahoo! Ads API official version release:

　* Schedule may change without prior notice.

　(4) How to apply:
　Everyone needs to apply for the new Yahoo! Ads API before start using.
　See the page for details on how to apply.
　
　* Currently only Yahoo! JAPAN Promotional Ads API users can apply to
　use Yahoo! Ads API. We will make another announcement when we start
　reception of application by requesters other than Yahoo! JAPAN
　Promotional Ads API users.
　　
2. Major new features on Yahoo! Ads API official version:
　The following new features are updates from Yahoo! Ads API beta version.
　More details will be available on the document released with the new
　version.
　
　[Yahoo! Ads Search Ads API]
　- Import feature for offline conversions:
　　With this feature the conversion data that occurred outside of the
　　website will be imported to the Campaign Management Tool using "YCLID",
　　a parameter that identifies who clicked the ad.
　　This was released in November 2019 on the Campaign Management Tool.

　[Yahoo! Ads Display Ads API]
　- Performance value of the day:
　　"ReportDefinitionService" will have new data item "TODAY" for today.
　　You will be able to get the toda's data by specifying today's date
　　on startDate/endDate or specifying "TODAY" on dataRangeType.
