Summary
We have removed your automatic payment setting for accounts using credit card payments for advertising costs that have experienced long-term failures in automatic payment transactions.
■Automatic payment settings
We have removed the automatic payment setting on the scheduled date for accounts that meet all of the following conditions.

| Account status | Active |
| Payment type | Prepaid |
| Payment method | Credit card |
| Automatic payment setting | On (active) *Includes monthly automatic charge. |
| Automatic payment status | Automatic payments have failed for 13 consecutive months. *Failure notifications have been sent by email. |
Notes
- If you want to continue using automatic payment settings, set them up again.
- The removal of automatic payment settings will not appear in your change history.
