Summary

We have made improvements related to the audience lists for customer data (customer data list).

Extend the valid duration and reference duration of the audience list data

(1) We have changed the valid duration that can be applied to the customer data lists as follows:
(Before) 1 to 60 days (initial value is 60 days)
(After) 1 to 180 days (initial value is 180 days)

<Notes>
To extend the valid duration of data imported before October 23, 2025, to 61 days or more, re-import the data. If you change the duration to 61 days or more without reimporting, it may not be available for delivery.

(2) We have changed the maximum duration for referencing data in the customer data list, which is the basis for the similar user audience list, as follows.

(Before) 28 days
(After) 180 days

After this change, only data imported after August 23, 2025 will be used to generate similar users.

We have changed the duration you can review the customer data file upload history.
(Before) 30 days
(After) 180 days
