Summary

Currently, there are some limitations on the number of campaigns that you can use SKAdNetwork for iOS app promotion campaigns. We plan to add a feature that will allow you to check ad group values measured by SKAdNetwork in performance reports. We have changed the limitations as follows:

<Eliminate the maximum number of campaigns>

Currently, there is an upper limit on the number of campaigns that you can turn on ad delivery when using the SKAdNetwork, but we have eliminated this limitation. After the change, only the number of ad groups is limited. Changes are as follows:

■Limitation in SKAdNetwork after the change

• When one company (agency) manages one app
  You can turn on ad delivery for up to 30 ad groups per app.
• When multiple companies (agencies) manage one app
  The number of ad groups you can turn on ad delivery is limited to 30 ad groups per app for the total managing companies.

<Limitation on ad group delivery settings>

Even if there are less than 30 ad groups under the campaign that use SKAdNetwork and turn delivery on, you may not be able to change the delivery settings. Wait for up to five days to change them.

• Likely to occur in the following situations:
  
  • Frequent addition or removal of ad groups with delivery on
  • Running ad groups close to the maximum number (30) of ad groups that can be turned on for delivery. In addition, ad groups are turned on and off, and the SKAdNetwork and delivery on and off for a campaign are changed in a short period.
• Restriction
  You can't create a new ad group with delivery on for this campaign. You can't change an ad group with delivery off to on.
