Maintenance Date

From 8 AM to 8 PM, April 13, 2024 (JST)

Impacts

All services will be available during maintenance, but data reflections for some features may be delayed.
The impacts of the maintenance are as follows:

Display Ads & Search Ads
・We recommend you deposit enough money into your account before the scheduled maintenance.
・You may not receive an email notification of the review results. You can check the review results on the Campaign Management Tool.
・Updates to user settings, etc. in the Yahoo! JAPAN Tag Manager may be delayed.
・The periodic updates for Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Script may not run.

Search Ads, Search Ads (Shopping)
・The account balance will not update.
・Analytics results may be delayed or appear incorrectly.

Display Ads
・The following action will stop or fail (will not update).
-Creation of new audience lists for customer data
・The following actions may cause data delays (will update).
-Conversion settings
-Audience list settings
-Storing reaches in the list of app users
-Elements: Campaigns, ad groups, ads, images, videos, and placement lists

Comments

・There is no impact on ad delivery.
・We recommend that you take actions, including setting updates before or after maintenance, to prevent any delays in data reflection.
