Summary

Conversion tracking for Display Ads will no longer be possible if the user has allowed private browsing on Safari in iOS 17, which is to be launched by Apple Inc. this autumn.
This is due to the strengthened privacy features of private browsing offered in iOS 17.
When the user activates the "Advanced tracking and fingerprinting protections" setting, conversion tracking will not be possible for all Display Ads.

Using the conversion API will allow conversion tracking even when private browsing is used on iOS 17.
