Summary

We have add ad placements for content keyword targeting of Display Ads (Auction).
Currently, content keyword targeting is only available for some Yahoo! JAPAN services, but ad placements will be available for most Yahoo! JAPAN services and web pages other than Yahoo! JAPAN.

You can expect to expand ad delivery opportunities using content keyword targeting.

The following placements will continue to be unavailable for content keyword targeting.

  • Apps (except for some Yahoo! JAPAN services)

  • Infeed of Yahoo! JAPAN home page

When content keyword targeting is used to exclude targets to secure brand safety, there are cases where the URLs are specified using placement targeting to deliver ads only to placements where content keyword targeting is available.
In this case, consider reviewing the URLs in the placement list, and you can expand ad delivery opportunities while protecting brand safety. Note that there are placements where content keyword targeting will continue to be unavailable.
