Display Ads Media name change in maximum number of characters

Summary

We have changed the maximum number of characters available for "media name" set for images and videos.

Before: Up to 50 half-width and full-width characters in total
After: Up to 128 half-width and full-width characters in total

With this change, you won't need to change long file names when uploading images and videos. You can reduce workload.
