Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

A system maintenance is scheduled.
Please see below for details.

1. Product:
　Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads
　Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads
　Yahoo! Tag Manager

2. Maintenance schedule:
　October 15, 2022 (Sat) 7:00 AM - October 16, 2022 (Sun) 7:00 AM, JST

3. Impacts:
　The scope of impact during the maintenance is as follows.

　■For Search Ads and Display Ads
　(1) The following tools are not available.
　　・Campaign Management Tool
　　・Campaign Editor
　　・Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API
　(2) The following features will suspend.
　　・Creating scheduled reports
　　　You can't create scheduled reports using report templates.
　　　Reports will be created sequentially after the completion of
　　　maintenance, so the creation of reports may be delayed.

　　・Submission of the identification document
　　　You can't submit the identification document.
　　　When you plan to submit the identification document, we suggest
　　　submitting it before the maintenance schedule.

　　・Forms
　　　Various forms for inquiries, applications, etc. are not available.

　■Only for Display Ads
　(1) The following features are suspended.
　　・Automatic Charge
　　　You can't make an automatic charge. We recommend you to deposit
　　　enough money to your account before the maintenance.

　　・Automated rules
　　　Automated rules will be suspended. During maintenance, scheduled
　　　automated rules will be skipped.

　　・Dynamic Ads for Display
　　　Updating of item list will be suspended (periodic update of item
　　　list by FTP). During maintenance, scheduled automated rules will
　　　be skipped.

　(2) Note
　　・When you add a large number of ads or change settings just
　　　before the start of maintenance, the system may reflect the
　　　changes later than usual. If you want to create ads, check
　　　the schedule and proceed with enough time.

　　・The values for quick estimates such as performance reports will
　　　be reflected with a delay after the maintenance is complete.

　　・During the maintenance, the accuracy of the account balance
　　　calculation will reduce. The account balance in the alert email
　　　may not be accurate.
　　　Check the latest value after the maintenance is complete.

　　・When you perform the conversion to the final URL format before
　　　the maintenance starts, the conversion may take longer than usual.

4. Remarks:
　・It does not affect the firing of tags for ad delivery, conversion tracking, etc.
　・After maintenance is complete, it may take up to one hour for the
　　updated data to be reflected.
　・During maintenance, you can't add ads, images, videos, etc., or cancel
　　campaigns. Pay particular attention if you are using Display Ads
　　(Guaranteed) .
