Overview

We reviewed our conversion tracking based on Yahoo! JAPAN's privacy measures and the results of third-party vendors surveys.
Reloads by the same user within 5 minutes that were not counted as conversions before, are counted after this release.

■Anticipated impacts

Conversions will increase for those excluded from "remove duplicate conversions by reloading within 5 minutes."
The CPA (cost per acquisition per conversion) may change if the number of conversions increases. When applying "Bidding strategy type: Target CPA," check the performance after the release, and make sure to adjust your target CPA.

■When you want to remove duplicate conversions from reloading by the same user.

By selecting "One" in the "Counting options" of the conversion setting, you can measure the number of unique conversions (the number of conversions with multiple conversions by the same user removed).
Removing duplicate conversions using the "yahoo_ydn_conv_transaction_id" conversion measurement tag parameter will continue. For more information, see the [Types of parameters] on the following help page:
