We will release a new version for Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API.
Please see the following details.

 *Schedule may change without prior notice.

4. Changes on Search Ads API:
 ■ Supports narrowing down campaigns, ad groups, and keywords based
  on budget amount and bid price.
  -Narrowing down by campaign, budget amount
  -Narrowing down by ad group, keyword and bid price
   Along with this enhancement, the following changes will be made.
  -Add "budgetAmountRange" to CampaignService
  -Add "biddingKeywordCpcRange" to AdGroupService
  -Add "biddingKeywordCpcRange" to AdGroupCriterionService

 ■Updates the interface of "biddingStrategyType" as maintenance.
  -BiddingStrategyService
  -CampaignService

5. Changes on Display Ads API:
 ■Gets reject reasons and violation
  When your ad is rejected by the editorial review (the review status
  is "declined" or "removed"), you will be able to obtain the reason
  for the rejection and the location of the violation.
  
  Along with this enhancement, the following changes will be made.
  ・Add the followings to AdGroupAdService
   -adGroupAd
   -disapprovalReasonDescription
  ・Add the location of the violation to "disapprovalReasonDescription"
   of AdGroupAdService and GuaranteedAdGroupService
   
 ■Supports SKAdNetwork measurement
  SKAdNetwork measuring of iOS apps will become available on app
  promotion campaigns of Display Ads (Auction).
  
  *This feature is already available on the Campaign Management Tool.

  Along with this enhancement, the name of the set tool will return as
  "campaign.vendorName" on CampaignService.

 ■Supports app installation measuring by view through conversion
  App install (view-through conversion) measurements by users who have
  displayed ads but have not clicked (or watched a video) will become
  available on Display Ads (Auction).
  
  *This feature is already available on the Campaign Management Tool.

  Along with this enhancement, the following changes will be made on
  AdGroupAdService.
  ・Add "adGroupAd.viewableImpressionBeaconUrls" and
   "adGroupAd.isRemoveViewableImpressionBeaconUrls"
  ・Change "adGroupAd.isRemoveBeaconUrls" to "isRemoveImpressionBeaconUrls"

 ■Supports proposals of various image sizes by Recommendation
  Proposals of Responsive Ads for Search with various image sizes will
  become available on the Recommendations feature of Display Ads (Auction).
  
  *This feature is already available on the Campaign Management Tool.

  Along with this change, the Enum "campaignsForAddingAds" will be
  added to RecommendationService

 ・More details will be available on the release note and reference
  document provided on the new version release.
  
 ・We will hold an online seminar to give an overview of v5 along with
  the release.
  We will make another announcement once details have been decided.

7. Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API v3 sunset:
 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API v3 sunset is scheduled as follows.
  -Deprecation Date : July 20, 2021 (Tue)
  -End of life date: October 20, 2021 (Wed)

 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API v2 will also end on the following scheduled date
 as previously announced in "Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API v4 released (Document
 Number: APIE-FY20-2180)."
  -End of Life Date : July 20, 2021 (Tue)
  *We have ended the user support for this version already.
