Enhancements of Targeting features on Display Ads

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.
Enhancements on Dynamic Ads (Auction) has been released as previously
announced in "Enhancements of Targeting features on Display Ads (Auction)
(Document Number: APIE-FY18-2144)". Please see the following details.

3. Overview
We have made enhancements on the following targeting features.

-Search keyword targeting
-Site retargeting
-Placement Targeting
[Details]
■Multiple lists for one ad group
Associating multiple lists per ad group became available.
(Before)
One "Allow" or "Exclude" list per ad group
(After)
Up to 10 "Allow" and "Exclude" target lists per ad group
■Bid adjustment for each list
Setting bid adjustment rates for each target list associated with
the ad group became available.
■"Exclusions-only list" on placement targeting
Creating up to 10,000 "Exclusions-only list" became available.
You can create one list per account.
The ad-delivery exclusion is only available.
4. Impact on Display Ads API:
Enhancements of multiple lists on ad group and bid adjustment for
each list became available on all API versions.
Additionally, v4 supports the following features.
-PlacementUrlListService
Create, update, delete, get exclusions-only list became available.
-StatsService
Checking the performance data of search keyword list, target list,
and placement list became available.
-ReportDefinitionService
Getting the reports of search keyword list, target list, and
placement list became available.
5. Performance data and reports:
-You can check only the actual values that occurred after the
effective date of this enhancement. Any actual values that occurred
before the date are not available.
-When one internet user matches multiple lists for each targeting,
impressions and other performance values will only be added to the
list with the highest bid adjustment rate.
When the maximum bid adjustment rate is set for multiple lists, the
actual value will be added to each list.
Therefore the performance data and the report totals by search
keyword list, target list, and placement list may not match other
performance data and reports.
