Display Ads Sharing target list feature scheduled

Dear customers,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

We will provide a feature that allows you to share the target list of
Display Ads under the MCC account. Please see the following details.

1．Product:
　Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads

2．Schedule:
　March 10, 2021 (Wed)
　*Schedule may change without prior notice.

3．Overview:
　Issuing site retargeting tag and creating target list will become
　available on MCC accounts of Display Ads.
　The created target lists will become usable on ad accounts under the
　MCC account by the sharing target list feature.
　Sharing the target list between ad accounts under the MCC account
　will also be available.

4．Impact on Display Ads API:
　・Effected version: All

　・Affected areas: RetargetingListService will provide the followings.
　　- Retrieve, create, update and delete target list of MCC account
　　- Retrieve the shared target lists
　　- Use the shared target lists on creating a target list (combination)

5．Precautions:
　・Before beginning to use the sharing target list feature, you need
　to change the setting to "Share" to share target lists by each ad
　account under the MCC account after the feature is released.
　Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API supports "AccountLinkService/get" for checking
　the sharing status, but it does not support updating lists.

　・Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API does not support creating and associating MCC
　accounts. Before using the new feature of target list, create and
　associate MCC accounts on the Campaign Management Tool.

　・When using an API version other than v4, it is not possible to
　check whether the target list is being shared or not. Check the
　sharing status on API v4 or on the Campaign Management Tool.
