Display Ads Tracking parameter enhancement

We have made some enhancements on Display Ads Tracking parameters.
Please see the following details.

1. Product:
 Display Ads

2. Effective date:
 February 3, 2021 (Wed)

3. Overview:
 The following feature enhancements were made to Display Ads.

 ■Tracking parameter of "Third-party script tag src attribute URL"
  Setting of some tracking parameters became available on "third-party
  script tag src attribute URL" that is set on creating ads.
  Please note that the setting availability differs depending on the
  script tag providers as follows:
  -Integral Ad Science Japan KK: became available.
  -Oracle America, Inc.: not yet supported.

 [Remarks]
 -"Third-party script tag src attribute URL" is an available setting
  item for limited customers
 -Ask your script tag providers about the details of available parameters.

 ■Tracking parameter
  We have added the following new parameter for tracking on Display Ads.
  -parameter name: account
  -description: It can get account ID.

4. Impact on Display Ads API:
 This change was applied on the all available API versions of Display Ads.
