Display Ads supports third party tracking (for app) by IAS

Display Ads for app now supports the tracking tool "Campaign Monitoring"
provided by Integral Ad Science (IAS), the worldwide provider of ad
verification tools. Please see the following details.

3. Overview:
　In addition to the ads on the web, "Campaign Monitoring" by IAS will
　become available for ads on the app after the effective date.
　This allows for more transparent measurement of ads delivered to apps.
