Display Ads (YDN) Dynamic Ads for Display enhancements

This enhancement has completed as scheduled.
Due to associating the Item set to an ad groups be mandatory, "isRemoveFeedSetId" has become unavailable in AdGroup object of AdGroupService.
Previous notification did not mention this change, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear customer,

Thank you for using Yahoo! Ads.

We will make some enhancements on Dynamic Ads for Display for
Yahoo! Ads Display Ads (YDN). Please see the following details.

　Yahoo! Ads Display Ads (YDN)

　March 12, 2020 (Thu) JST
　*Schedule may change without prior notice.

3. Overview:
　We will make the following enhancements on Dynamic Ads for Display for
　Display Ads (YDN).

　- Deleting items with partial updates will become available for the
　　Item list
　　To delete items from the Item list, add a "Delete" column to the
　　Item list file and update partially.
　　* Currently, you need to update all Item list to delete items.

　- Number of Item list uploads will increase
　　All updates and partial updates will be separately counted when
　　uploading the Item list.
　　Currently, the uploads are counted regardless of all or partial
　　updates. By separating these updates, the maximum number of uploads
　　will increase after the release.

　- Available character code and line feed code for the Item list file
　　will be added
　　Character code "Shift JIS" and line feed code "CRLF" will become
　　available for the Item list file.
　　The latest Item list template will support these character code and
　　line feed code. Download the Item list template after the release.

　- Associating the Item set to an ad groups will become mandatory
　　The ad groups under the Dynamic Ads for Display campaign must be
　　associated with the Item set.
　　For API, when the Item set is not associated to ad groups, the system
　　associates the default Item set.

　- Item list will be updated in real time * For API only.
　　By requesting mutate(SET) of "FeedItemService", the real-time updates
　　will support frequently-updated items such Display setting and In Stock.
　　You can deliver ads that are flexible to product status such as prices
　　and stocks.

4. Remarks:
　Dynamic Ads for Display is an ad distribution provided only for specific
　advertisers. When it is available, "Item List" appears in the "Tools"
