Target product expansion of removing ads based on user opinions

Dear customer,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

We have been removing ads with negative feedback from the users since
January 2021 to improve the quality of advertisements and protect the
users.
In addition to "PC Branded Panels," we will add "Brand Panels for
Smartphone" to this attempt. Please see the following details.
                

1. Schedule:
 February 14, 2022 (Mon)
 *The date is subject to change.

2. Products:
 Display Ads Brand Panel for Smartphone

3. Overview:
 Advertisements that exceed a certain threshold, calculated by
 multiple factors such as the number of added ads and the number of
 users' opinions, will be removed based on Yahoo! JAPAN Advertisement
 Editorial Guidelines.

 *About the products of Display Ads (Guaranteed)
 Even if exceeding a certain threshold, we don't plan to stop the
 ad delivery during the period. However we may refuse ad delivery of
 the same creative after that.

4. Removed timing:
 After every Monday based on the results of the previous week

5. Applied guideline and reject reasons:
