Search Ads enhancements of Quality Index and Autobidding

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

We have added a new feature, Quality Index that shows ads quality, on
Search Ads. Also, we will enhance Auto Bidding Type.
Please see the following details.

1. Product:
 Search Ads

2. New index of Quality Index:
 In addition to the "Quality Index", which evaluates the quality of ads
 on a 10-point scale, you can check the evaluation of the "Expected CTR,"
 one of the elements that make up the Quality Index.

 ・"Expected CTR" shows an estimate of how many clicks your ad will earn
 when it's displayed. It is displayed as "Above average,""Average,"
 or "Below average."
  
 ・This change is scheduled on December 9, 2020.
   *Schedule may change without prior notice.

 ・Effected version : All available versions
 ・Affected areas : Following fields will be added to Keyword report of
   ReportDefinitionService.
  
  -SEARCH_PREDICTED_CTR (Expected CTR)
  -HISTORICAL_SEARCH_PREDICTED_CTR (Expected CTR (hist.))
  -HISTORICAL_QUALITY_SCORE (Quality Index (hist.))
  *The item with "(hist.)" displays the last evaluation during the
  specified reporting duration.

3. Enhancement of Auto bidding:
 On autobidding feature of Search Ads, we will improve the following
 functions and correct error messages.

 ■Schedule:
  April 7, 2021 (Wed)
  *We will make another announcement once the schedule has been decided..

 ■Absolute top of the page
  The new type "Absolute top of the page" will be added to Autobidding.
  "Absolute top of the page" will automatically adjust your bid so that
  your ad appears at the top of the search results page at the rate you want.
  
  This auto bidding type is suitable when you want to raise awareness
  by placing ads at some rate at the absolute top of the pages to be
  easily noticed by internet users.
  
  In addition to the absolute top of the page, you can also select
  "Top" or "Anywhere" of the pages.

 ・Affected areas : Following items will be added to BiddingStrategyService
  and CampaignService.
  
  BiddingStrategyService
   Add the followings to BiddingScheme:
   ・TargetImpressionShare
    -location
     ≫ANYWHERE_ON_PAGE
     ≫TOP_OF_PAGE
     ≫ABSOLUTE_TOP_OF_PAGE
    -targetImpressionShare
    -bidCeiling
   ・Type
    -TargetImpressionShare
  CampaignService
   biddingStarategyConfiguration
   Add the following to biddingStrategyType
    -targetImpressionShare
    -targetImpressionShareBiddingScheme
     ≫location
      ・ANYWHERE_ON_PAGE
      ・TOP_OF_PAGE
      ・ABSOLUTE_TOP_OF_PAGE
     ≫targetImpressionShare
     ≫bidCeiling

 ・Following changes will be made on ReportDefinitionService.
  -Add targetImpressionShare to BID_STRATEGY_TYPE of Campaign report
  -Add targetImpressionShare to BID_STRATEGY_TYPE of Auto Bidding report

  On both reports, get/add/remove of targetImpressionShare become
  available for fields and filters
  
 ■Auto bidding type "Target ROAS" conditions
  We will change the followings on "/set" of CampaignService:

 ・Effected version : All
  (Before)
   Only when ConversionOptimizerEligibility is ENABLE,
   biffingStrategyType can be set to TARGET_ROAS
      
  (After)
   Regardless of the value of ConversionOptimizerEligibility, the
   setting can be completed with biddingStrategyType set to TARGET_ROAS.
   However, please note that the biddingStrategyType will be set to
   MANUAL_CPC if the conditions for the number of conversions do not meet.

 ■Fix error codes
  In the following cases, error codes will be fixed on /set of
  CampaignService.
  
 ・Effected version : All
 ・When setting TARGET_ROAS to campaigns with iOS set for the OS:
  (Before)
   210304: Not enough conversions or invalid setting.
  (After)
   120020: Can not set value.
