 August 27, 2020 (Thu)

3. Overview:
 Due to the recent security enhancement of browsers, we have made the
 following changes.

 ■Complementary feature for conversion analytics using local storage
  When displaying ads in some environments, conversion analytics may
  not perform correctly.
  To decrease this impact, we have started to supplement conversion
  analytics using local storage.
  "Local storage" is a data storage area and function in the browser.
  It's a different area from cookies.

  The duration of conversion analytics was limited to one day in some
  environments, but now it can be extended to up to 7 days by using
  the above function.

  To use the conversion analytics complement using local storage, it
  requires to add specification to the "site general tag" and
  "complementary feature tag of conversion analytics" set on the site.

  When you are not using conversion analytics, you do not need tag
  modification.

 ■Tracking reaches enhancement
  In some environments, you can count users that previously could not
  be captured.
  This may increase the number of impressions and reach of your ad.
  Please check a report and make necessary adjustments.
