日本語Summary
This page describes a summary of the tracking tag.
What is the tracking tag
The tracking tag is a feature that, when installed on a website, measures user actions (events) and allows for conversion tracking and the storage of website visitor information into an audience list. You can specify the event type for conversion tracking and store data in the audience list. You can view the data obtained with the tracking tag in the Campaign Management Tool's tracking tag management view.
As of June 2025, the tracking tag is available only for Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads. We plan to support other services in the future. Wait for further announcements with detailed schedules.
Components of the tracking tag
The tracking tag consists of the following tags.
Global snippet
This is the basic tag for tracking using the tracking tag. You need to install it on all pages of your website.
-
One is generated per ad account.
-
If you install only the global snippet, you can measure and store "Page views." To measure and store events other than "page views," you need to install event snippets.
-
You can generate it from the "Tracking tag" in the tools menu of the Campaign Management Tool. Learn more
Multiple global snippets cannot be installed on one page.
Event snippet
