Summary

We have added a new reporting metric, "Click share," to Search Ads.
Click share is the ratio of the number of times your ads were actually clicked (clicks) to the total number of ad click opportunities. This metric helps visualize clicks that could have been obtained and can be used to improve your ads.
Click share can be checked at the campaign and keyword levels.

From v19, "Click share" can be specified in the field of ReportDefinitionService.
