Search Ads End of old conversion analytics for app download ads

Dear customers,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.
We will end support of the old conversion analytics method that was
previously announced in "Search Ads Change of conversion analytics
for app download ads released (Document Number: APIE-FY21-2156)."
Please see the following details.


1. Product:
 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads

2. End of support date of old conversion analytics:
 December 15, 2021 (Wed)
 *This date is subject to change.

3. Overview:
 We will end support of the old conversion analytics method that
 is performed with external ad measurement tools.
 The following changes are made on the support end date. 
 ・Creating, editing, or tracking conversion analytics by the old
  method will become unavailable.
 ・Using the new conversion analytics for autobidding will begin.

 To continue using the conversion analytics, use the new method.
 To change to the new method, communicate with your ad measurement
 tool provider in advance.

4. Precautions:
 Even when selected "Yes" option for autobidding on the new
 conversion analytics, the setting will not activate until the old
 method end date. When you continue to use the conversion analytics
 for autobidding, use the old conversion analytics in parallel. To
 use the conversion analytics for autobidding, see the information
 in the previous announcement.

5. Impact on Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads API: 
 ・Effected version: All
 ・Services that will have change: ConversionTrackerService
 ・Impact: When conversionTrackerType is APP_CONVERSION, to create
      or edit the following appConversionType will become
      unavailable.       
       - IN_APP_PURCHASE: In-App action conversion
       - FIRST_OPEN: App first open conversion
