Search Ads Ad Display Option migration to new format and ending of previous format

Dear customers,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

We have started the automatic migration to the new format of Ad
Display Options as previously announced in "Search Ads New format of
Ad Display Options released and auto migration schedule
(Document Number: APIE-FY21-2353)."
The schedule of ending the previous format is decided.
Please see the following details.


1. Product:
 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads

2. Features:
 ・Ad display options in new format
  Hereafter referred to as "new format" or "new ad display options"
 ・Ad display options in previous format
  Hereafter referred to as "previous format" or "previous ad display
  options"

3. Overview:
 We will migrate the previous ad display options to the new ad display
 options automatically by the system.
 Specifically, create a new ad display option with the same content
 as the previous ad display option. Associating ad display options
 to campaigns and ad groups will be set in the same way.
 *The features not released for new ad display option will not be
 carried over. Learn more details on the document at "5.Remarks."

 After the automatic migration is complete for all accounts,
 the operation and delivery of the old ad display option will be
 discontinued.

 Check the following schedule and details. These dates are subject to
 change.

 ・March 2 (Wed) - May 18 (Wed), 2022
  Announce refusing automatic migration of previous ad display
  options
  If you don't need the automatic migration on your accounts, you
  can refuse the migration process by using the dedicated check box
  in advance. The following announcement describes the details.
   Automatic migration of ad display options

 ・May 23 (Mon) - June 3 (Fri), 2022
  Migrate the previous ad display options to new ad display options
  automatically by system (First)
  Once the process completes, you will receive the notification via
  email and be notified on the information column in the campaign
  list of the Campaign Management Tool.
  *Note that we will perform additional automatic migration for new
  and newly associated previous ad display options during the
  automatic migration period.

 ・June 8, 2022 (Wed)
  Stop adding, editing, or removing previous ad display options

 ・June 13 (Mon) - June 17 (Fri), 2022
  Previous ad display options created or newly associated during the
  first automatic migration is automatically migrated to new ad
  display options by the system (additional automatic migration)
  Once the process completes, you will receive the notification via
  email and be notified on the information column in the campaign
  list of the Campaign Management Tool.
  *Accounts for which the first automatic migration has been
  performed In addition, new ad display options created by the
  additional automatic migration will be associated with the
  delivery setting "Off." Check and adjust after the additional
  automatic migration is completed.
  Note that if a large number of ad display options are created
  between the start of the first automatic migration and the
  completion of additional automatic migrations, the automatic
  migration may be performed differently as you intended.

 ・June 22 (Wed), 2022
  Stop associating previous ad display options to campaigns and ad
  groups

 ・June 22 (Wed) - July 8 (Fri), 2022
  Stop ad delivery with previous ad display options sequentially

 ・July 2022
  Remove previous ad display options from the list view of ad
  display options

 ・December 2022
  End previous ad display options

4. Notes:
 To let the system migrate your ad display options, keep the
 following status:
 Don't select the check box of "Don't migrate all previous ad
 display options to the new format automatically" that appears on the
 ad display options view on the Campaign Management Tool.
 ・Don't create new ad display options until the automatic migration
  completes
