Display Ads (Auction) Web conversion tracking test

Dear customers,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

We will conduct a test of web conversion tracking on Display Ads (Auction).
Please see the following details.


1. Product:
 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads (Auction)

2. Date:
 Started from March 23, 2022 (Wed)

3. Overview:
 To improve the tracking accuracy of ads such as web conversions, we
 will test the following contents.

 ・Testing target
  Ads delivered with an account that corresponds to both of the
  following:
  - Ads for which "Set" is selected in the auto-tagging settings
  - Complementary feature tag or the renewal version conversion tag
   is installed on the site to be advertised

 ・Contents to be tested:
  For some ads delivered by the preceding account, we will add the
  parameter "yj_r" when clicking the ad.
  The amount of data added is about 10 characters.
  We will also add the cookie "yjr_yjad" to the 1st party cookie of
  the site transitioned from the ad with the above parameters added.
  The amount of data added is about 20 characters.

4. Remarks
 ・This test will have no impact on ad delivery.
  No impact on your ad performance data such as conversions.

 ・We cannot disclose which ads will be tested.

 ・Only some ads are subject for this test.
  We will inform you again when this measure will be implemented to
  all Display Ads.
