Display Ads (Auction) Converting feature to Final URL format

Dear customers,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.

We have provided a feature to convert ads in destination URL format (old)
to final URL format. In addition, we will make feature changes to
encourage the migration to the final URL format.
Please see the following details.


1. Product:
 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads (Auction)

2. feature to convert to Final URL format:
 ■Overview
 The destination URL format (old) will close in the future, except for
 some items in Dynamic Ads for Display.
 Along with this close, we will provide a function to convert ads in
 the destination URL format (old) to the final URL (new).
 
 You can convert all at once by selecting the campaign, ad group, or
 ad to convert from the list screen of the Campaign Management Tool.
 Click "Bulk edits" and select the menu for converting.
 
 When you select a campaign or ad group, you can convert all ads under
 that campaign or ad group.

3. Feature changes to encourage the migration to the final URL format:
 (1) Feature to display number of ads with destination URL format (old)
 ■Overview
 It became available to check the number of ads with destination URL
 format (old) from the recommendations view.
 You can check the migration progress of your entire account.
 
 The recommendations view will appear by clicking "Recommendations"
 in the left side menu of the Display Ads Campaign Management Tool.

 (2) Only the final URL format can be selected when creating a new ad
 ■Overview
 You can only select "Final URL" when creating a new ad.
 Note that you can select the destination URL format (old) when editing an ad.

4.Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads API:
 You can only select "Final URL" when creating a new ad on Yahoo! JAPAN
 Ads Display Ads API.
 We will make another announcement once the schedule has been decided.

 *Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads API will not provide features to convert
 to the final URL format or to check the number of ads in the
 destination URL format (old).

5. Note:
 We are planning to convert ads in the old format automatically.
 To avoid unintended settings when converting automatically, convert
 to the final URL format as soon as possible by using the converting
 feature to be provided.

 *Information on automatic converting and close of the old format
 will be announced once the details are determined.
