Search Ads Change of conversion analytics for app download ads

We will change the conversion analytics for app download ads on Search Ads.
Please see the following details.

1. Product:
 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads

2. Schcedule:
 May 19, 2021 (Wed)
 *The schedule may change without prior notice.

3. Overview:
 There will be the following two changes on conversion analytics for
 app download ads.

 (1)Changing the method
  We will change the method of conversion analytics that is performed
  with external ad measurement tools.
 [Current]
  Get postback URLs from external measurement tools
 [New]
  Associate the link ID created on the Campaign Management Tool to
  external application measurement partners

 (2)Changing "Conversion tracking purpose"
  For two conversion types "App Download" and "First App Activation,"
  we will change the setting values on the tracking purpose as follows.
  [Before]
   Other
  [After]
   Download
  *Settings of conversion analytics that have already been created
  will be migrated to "Download" automatically by system.

4. Future schedule:
 We will implement the change in stages as follows:
 *The schedule may change without prior notice.

 [May 19, 2021 (Wed)]
 ・New conversion analytics will become available
 ・Tracking purpose will change

 [Late August, 2021]
 ・Creating, editing, or tracking conversion analytics by existing
  methods will become unavailable.
 ・Using the new conversion analytics for autobidding will begin.

5. Precautions:
 ・When you change to the new method, communicate with your ad
  measurement tool provider in advance.
 ・Even when selected "Yes" option for autobidding on the new
  conversion analytics, the setting will not activate until late
  August. When you continue to use the conversion analytics for
  autobidding, please use conversion analytics in parallel.
 ・Conversion analytics by the existing method will be available until
  late August.

6. Remarks:
 ・Differences between the current and new method of conversion
  analytics and details of using for autobidding are described on the
  release note.
 ・The link ID and how to create a new conversion analytics will be
  informed on the help page after the effective date.

7. Impact on Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads API:
 This change will impact on API as follows.

  v3 and later
 [Details]
 ・Specifying the new conversion type APP_LINK_CONVERSION will become
  available on ConversionTrackerService

 ・Following features will become available.
  -getAppEventType on ConversionTrackerService
   -AppLinkService
   -getAppLinkVender on DicionaryService

 Also note that the change on "app download" and "app first open" will
 apply all available API versions.
